Data Analyst / Business Analyst in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful web manufacturer - applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Data Analyst / Business Analyst

What will you be doing

- Identification and analysis of business requirements for the development of information assets of the Company's online reporting. Creation of technical specifications for the development team according to the customer's BV. Writing documentation regarding the developed assets of the reporting direction

- Control of the TK development process at all stages of the task life cycle: from receiving business requirements to final acceptance testing by the business customer

- Creation of analytical samples by using SQL queries of medium/high complexity

- Performing analytical tasks using SQL, creating reports in Grafana, Tableau, Google Looker Studio

- Maintaining a backlog of tasks: status control, priority management, distribution of tasks, constant communication with business customers and the development team

- Post-release support of information assets in the direction of reporting. Consulting asset users and analysis of problem cases

About you

- 2 years of experience as a data analyst

- Work experience as a business analyst will be an advantage

- Basic knowledge of writing technical and business requirements of the product

- Skills of working with SQL (PostgreSQL and T-SQL). Good knowledge of information technologies, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

- Ability to professionally describe technical and business requirements for information assets in the direction of reporting

- Experience in creating analytical presentations, visualizations , dashboards (it will be an advantage to create dashboards using Grafana, Tableau or Google Looker Studio)

- Level of English language proficiency B1

It will be an advantage< /strong>

- Knowledge or interest in Python, Big Data/Data Analytics (Tableau/Power BI, Google Cloud)
