Data analyst (B2B) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a specialist who has analytical skills, knows how to work with large databases, configure reports, highlight areas of development.

This role has a significant impact on the development of service in all customer contact channels.

Main duties:

• Develop and prepare reports, dashboards, prepare conclusions and recommendations on opportunities;
• Structure and analyze data regarding the service support of the client base of small, medium and large business segments (B2B);
• Analyze the dynamics of the behavior of the subscriber base, identify patterns and trends;
• Monitor deviations in the implementation of planned and budget indicators of directions, analyze the reasons, prepare relevant conclusions and comments;
• Participate in development of business cases to launch or strengthen initiatives aimed at the quality of service and customer retention;
• Prepare regular and one-time reports, analytical presentations.

Needed skills:

• Ability to quickly and deeply systematize information;
• Strong analytical skills (research and generalization);
• Systematic and logical thinking;• Ability to express thoughts competently;
• Experienced user of MS Office (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI);
• Mastery of analytical methods;
• Business orientation and focus on metrics, practical experience in analytics;
• Experience of working with large databases data.
