As a Data Analyst at Aventus Group, you will play a key role in making informed decisions through comprehensive analysis of performance indicators across our group companies and individual departments. What you will do: Analysis of performance indicators of group companies and individual divisions, formation and submission of analytical reports on a regular basis; Statistics of department appeals; Additional reporting based on external and internal data; Participation in the development and automation of the reporting system in group companies Clear and concise wording of tasks, verification of implementation, active clarification of requirements. What we expect from you: Higher/partial higher mathematical/statistical/economic education; MS Excel at the level of an advanced user; Solid knowledge of SQL (writing queries); Ability to work with large volumes of information; Excellent communication skills; Logical system thinking; Ability to quickly adapt to new conditions; Attention to details; Intermediate or higher level of English is an advantage; Experience working in a bank and/or microcredit company (MFI) as an analyst is a plus; Work experience with BI tools.
