Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to joinRetention & Service team, focusing on processing, and analyzing key performance indicators of launched Retention programs.As an analyst and member of the Retention team, you will be responsible for a range of activities regularly:You’ll conduct in-depth analysis of retention program performance metricsYou’ll utilize SQL for efficient data extraction and transformation processes, especially when dealing with extensive data samplesYou’ll create insightful reports and visualizations using Power BI to communicate analytical findingsYou’ll develop a clear understanding of databases and ensure data accuracy and consistencyYou’ll collaborate with relevant teams for analytical insights and reporting needsREQUIREMENTS:1 Year+ of experience as Data AnalystEducation in in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related)Strong experience with SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysisBasic skills in Power BI for creating meaningful visualizations and dashboards and familiarity with data visualization best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailClear understanding of database structures and data relationshipsExcellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teamsStrong MS Office skills and ability to translate data insights into impactful presentationsEnglish: intermediate+WHAT WE OFFER:Truly international environmentUnique development opportunitiesFull time (Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)Medical insuranceWork from home opportunityCompetitive level of compensation & social package
