Data AnalystFunctional responsibilities: Processing, statistical analysis, grouping of data from the electronic healthcare system (eHealth), selection of insights from data, interpretation of analysis results for non-technical employees for the needs of developing new financing mechanisms for the medical industry, consulting on the technical properties of the functionality of the eHealth system— writing ad-hoc queries to databases, developing BI-tools to cover regular analytical needs. The main requirements for candidates:— SQL (PostgreSQL) — proficiency at an advanced level (aggregations, window functions, query optimization, work with non-relational objects - arrays, JSON, etc. ), experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases will be an advantage; confident mastery of Excel for data analysis and summary; mastery of tools for developing dashboards: Power BI or Tableau; mastery of Python 3: namely libraries for data processing (pandas, numpy); for interaction with databases (sqlalchemy); for visualization (matplotlilb, plotly, folium); - basic knowledge of Gitlab will be an advantage for saving data requests, scripts for analytical tools, etc. on the server.
