We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our  GG team . The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports. The Data Analyst will also collaborate with various departments to identify data needs, create data collection systems, and report on key business metrics to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and manage databases, data systems, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
• Use statistical techniques to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.

Reporting:

• Generate and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports on key metrics and KPIs.
• Work with business teams to develop and track performance indicators.
• Present data findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise and training to other team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, methodologies, and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Experience with data mining, data analysis, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in iGaming, Gambling is an advantage.
