We are focused on developing high-powered products that help people from all over the world meet and communicate online. We are also working on services for marketing, analytics and moderation.

Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. We've been helping share thoughts, desires and feelings with technology for more than 10 years. Kismia has 60 million users and is available in 9 languages. All this was made possible thanks to our collaborators - quarks.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will work closely with the User Acquisition teams, develop new approaches to traffic analysis and offer solutions for scaling of marketing costs and implementation of the KRI set by the business. Our team's mission is to help marketing spend money efficiently and find new growth points.

It is important for us: < /p>

• 6+ months of experience as a Data Analyst
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Experience with BI systems, preferably Tableau
• Advanced Excel skills

Our ideal candidate is a person who is not afraid of large volumes of work, is ready to work for results, knows how to make decisions independently and wants to develop in the direction of marketing analytics.
