We are looking for a Data Analyst for the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. If you share our values ​​and have a desire to make the process of providing the military more efficient, virtuous and accountable, this vacancy is just for you!

The State Rear Operator is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in food, fuel lubricants, clothing and medical supplies.

As part of the Agency's development project, effective and systematic processes and policies will be developed to ensure the sustainability of the institution.

Challenges that await you:
- conducting research and adhocs;
— automation of the analytical process and work with many stakeholders;
—monitoring of key metrics;
—Provide analytical support to the team.

Required skills and qualifications:
—2+ years of experience in data analysis;
— the ability to structure information;
- experience of working with SQL 1+ year;
- Extensive experience with MS Excel (3+ years).

Will be a plus:
- experience with BI tools, Python and procurement.

Personal qualities and characteristics:
— proactive civic position;
- zero tolerance for corruption;
- openness to new knowledge, new experience.
