Functional duties:

- Formation of proposals for improving indicators important for business;

- Evaluation of the effectiveness of our strategies and initiatives, analyzing funnels and customer indicators (payments, retention, LTV, churn, etc.);

- Development and design of dashboards in Power BI;
- Operational control of key metrics and identification of causes of discrepancies
- Data analysis, formulation and testing of hypotheses to identify business growth points

Existing (proven) cases of business\product growth due to your hypotheses
Successful experience in formulating hypotheses regarding product growth points
 

Our ideal candidate has:

- Higher mathematical/technical/economic education;

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel , skills with Google Sheets, BigQuery;

- Knowledge and experience with Power BI;

- Ability to integrate data into informative visual metrics;

- Analytical mindset, love of numbers and solving problems;

- Attention to details, responsibility, result orientation and ability to work in a team.
