Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, report building, and dashboard creation using Power BI or similar tools. Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis is also required. The candidate will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends.
• Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize data for various stakeholders.
• Report Building: Generate comprehensive reports tailored to the needs of different departments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their data requirements and provide relevant solutions.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while handling large datasets.
• Python Scripting: Utilize basic Python skills for data manipulation, automation, and analysis tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and solve data-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of data processes, methodologies, and findings.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL and database management is a plus.

Working Hours:
