Key requirements: Professional experience in the gambling industry: deep understanding of market trends, standards and requirements. Analytical thinking at a high level: the ability to find patterns in complex data- sets, interpretation of large volumes of data for decision-making at a strategic level. Experience working with databases: excellent knowledge of SQL; experience with MongoDB is an advantage. Programming and data analysis: knowledge of Python/R and complex libraries for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, SciPy). Statistics and mathematics: high level of knowledge and experience in the application of statistical methods. Experience in conducting complex tests: development and analysis of A/B, A/B/n, A/A tests for product optimization. Machine learning: advanced knowledge of algorithms and experience in their implementation for product improvement.
