We are looking for a Data Analyst for the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The State Rear Operator is a state agency that provides the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in food, fuel and lubricants, clothing and medical supplies .As part of the Agency development project, effective and systematic processes and policies will be developed to ensure the sustainability of the institution.The main duties of the position:Provide analytical support to the team.Conduct research.Automate the analytical process for various stakeholders.Monitor key metrics and determine the causes of deviations from expected values. Perform adhoc analysis. Required skills and qualifications: 2+ years of data analysis experience. 1+ years of SQL experience. Python experience. Experience with data visualization tools and/or BI systems. Ability to structure information and to explore it more deeply as needed. Will be a plus: Experience with Power BI. Experience in procurement. Personal qualities and characteristics: Proactive civic position. Zero tolerance for corruption. Openness to new knowledge, new experience.
