We are currently looking for a focused and proactive Data Analyst to be part of the product team. One of the key tasks will be the analysis of the product and its metrics, the construction of the analytical infrastructure and A/B testing. Our team is looking for someone who has: 3+ years of relevant experience in a product team Ability to interpret large volumes of data into insights and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences Expertise in statistical analytics tools, knowledge of programming languages ​​(e.g. SQL, Python), experience with A/B testing and other frameworks Proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards using BI system tools (Tableau/ PowerBI/ Amplitude) English proficiency level from Intermediate (B2) Tasks: Build an analytics system for a web application Configure dashboards Build reports for stakeholders Prepare reports for the product team according to key tarot metrics Configure and analyze A/ B tests according to the prepared hypotheses Collect and analyze feedback from users from different sources Look for correlations between hypotheses and the real behavior of users We offer: Full-time employment The first two months—office work (e-shelter), after—hybrid format Work on a project that is really important for Ukraine Dream Team in the stubborn sense of this words Recruitment steps: interview with HR -> interview with a team of product managers -> test task -> acquaintance with project managers.
