This individual will beresponsible for the entire lifecycle ofdata analysis, from extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources todesigning, developing, and maintaining Power BIdashboards and reports. Akey part ofthe role involves translating complex business needs into technical specifications tocreate impactful data visualization solutions that support decision-making processes. Responsibilities: Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) ofdata from avariety ofsources, ensuring the reliability and accessibility ofdata for analysis and reporting. Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BIdashboards and reports. These tools should provide actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Act asaliaison between business units and theIT team, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Develop comprehensive solutions for data visualization and analysis that align with organizational goals. Guarantee the accuracy and integrity ofdata bycomprehensively understanding data sources, their structures, and integration methods. Implement best practices and standards for data management and utilization. Requirements: Advanced proficiency inPowerBI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, with aproven track record ofdeveloping complex visualizations and dashboards. Extensive experience with SQL and familiarity with various databases (e.g., Google BigQuery, MSSQL). Ability towrite efficient queries and manage database interactions seamlessly. Demonstrated experience inintegrating diverse data sources (including APIs and various databases) into PowerBI, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive data visualization solutions. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with akeen ability tointerpret complex data, uncover trends, and provide insightful analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with fluency inEnglish. Experience inleading projects orteams, with the capability toguide, mentor, and influence others towards achieving data analytics and visualization objectives.
