Our partner, an international leading retail company (1000+ stores), is looking for an experienced analyst with predictive modeling.

Key tasks:

— Development of mathematical/statistical forecast models to assess the potential effect of the introduction of new projects;

— Development of mathematical/statistical forecast models of key indicators of the Marketing department;

— Analysis of actual deviations of key indicators of projects/Marketing department from the forecast and drivers of indicator dynamics;

—Maintain and regularly update existing performance forecasting models.

The job will require:

— Experience in the development of mathematical models for forecasting and in the application of statistical methods for data analysis;

- Confident mastery of Excel (processing voluminous databases, logical formulas, pivot tables, searching and comparing data, etc.) is a must;

— In-depth knowledge of statistical software and data analysis tools (MATLAB, Stata, Statistica, etc.);

— Experience with BI tools;

- Strong communication skills to communicate complex analytical results, as well as the ability to visualize data for understanding by non-technical stakeholders.
