Data Analyst in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Database Analyst of the Directorate of HR and Corporate Management, who strives to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative. Main responsibilities: Working with databases, providing technical support, generating analytical reports—all related to working with KPIs in the bank system Creation, automation, support of dashboards, regular SQL queries (SQL—minimum knowledge, 5–10% of the work volume) Forming descriptions of business processes and technical requirements for the system Analysis of information about business needs and user requirements, study of opportunities for making proposals for improvement of the evaluation process Consultation of employees on the operation of the system Monitoring of work on improving data quality Participation in the re-engineering of HR processes, preparation of technical tasks for their improvement Interaction with the IT team for ensuring proper integration Basic requirements: Higher education 1+ years of work experience in HR business process optimization Experience in data analysis and business process optimization Basic knowledge and experience in using structured SQL queries at work Confident user of PC, MSOffice, especially Excel, or Libre, Google services ( documents, tables, mail, calendar, etc.) Fluency in the Ukrainian language (incl. business) English (Intermediate — B1- Medium) Good communication skills and ability to find solutions We offer our employees: Work in the largest and most innovative bank of Ukraine Official employment and 24 calendar days of vacation Competitive salary Medical insurance and corporate mobile communication Corporate training Modern comfortable office Interesting projects, ambitious tasks and dynamic development.
