We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to cooperate with a state project aimed at strengthening the defense of Ukraine and achieving victory.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the technical team to collect and prepare data needed to analyze and answer stakeholder questions.
• Communication with stakeholders to create a system of reports that provide answers to business questions.
• Creation of a reporting system for monitoring business indicators in real time.
• Generating business reports based on stakeholder requests.
• Summarizing information and formulating recommendations based on report data.
• Analysis and structuring of new data sources to expand the system of analytics and answers to business questions.
• Active participation in team planning and retrospectives to improve work efficiency and generate new ideas.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of SQL to construct queries to generate reports.
• Mastering the basics of statistics.
• Familiarity with visualization systems and the construction of analytical reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Proficiency in English at the level of fluent reading.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
• High level of self-organization and striving for self-development.

Will be a plus:

• Fluency in English.
• Understanding the principles of web and mobile applications.
• Getting to know social platforms and understanding the principles of information dissemination in them.
• Knowledge of basic media business metrics (CTR, churn, funnel, etc.).
