We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech .

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon. We have a strong analytics team of 20+ employees.

We are looking for: a talented data analyst who will look for growth points of the company full-time. You have the opportunity to work with various data sources, offer the best solutions for business needs, ensuring high quality work and the comfort of colleagues.

What challenges await you in the role of Data Engineer:

• Conducting research and formulating recommendations based on it;
• Construction of reporting, metrics and their implementation in business processes;
• Conducting and evaluating A/B tests;
• Finding insights and generating hypotheses to improve user experience;
• Direct impact on the work of the company's business areas and direct participation in the decision-making process.

What is important for us:

• Knowledge of mathematics and statistics;
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau;
• Ability to independently find solutions to problems and focus on the result;
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Ability to learn quickly and achieve results.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charitable initiative "SKELAR Foundation" - an internal project from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
