Traffic Market
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Traffic Market to work in a hybrid format (3 days from the office, 2 days remotely).
Requirements:
∙ 1 year of experience as a Marketing Analyst / Product Analyst / Data Analyst;
∙ 1 year of experience with SQL;
∙ 1 year of experience with Tableau;
∙ Higher education in economics, mathematics, or technical fields;
∙ Analytical mindset;
∙ Attention to detail;
∙ Ability to take responsibility for results and persistence in completing tasks;
∙ Good communication skills (ability to interact productively with colleagues, argue your point of view, and effectively present work results).
Will be a plus:
∙ Proficiency in Python and its libraries for data analysis and visualization Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.);
∙ At least basic knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
∙ Experience in building mathematical models;
∙ Experience with ClickHouse;
∙ Experience in the affiliate marketing.
Responsibilities:
∙ Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards in Tableau;
∙ Ensure reports provide meaningful insights and are aligned with business objectives;
∙ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business initiatives;
∙ Provide regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis as needed;
∙ Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to uncover opportunities and risks;
∙ Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and business operations;
∙ Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
