Data Analyst in Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers

That is why we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Kyiv! Functional responsibilities: Analysis of business processes that are subject to optimization and automation; Drawing up a description of the business requirements for the automation of the company's business processes; Forming reports, dashboards in Google Spreadsheets, MSExcel, Looker Data Studio, Jira Software and supporting their further work; Maintaining the backlog in the company's internal system; Development and formalization of proposals for improving business processes; Development of educational materials, instructions, etc. Requirements: Higher education (technical will be a plus); Work experience as a Data analyst, BI from 1.5 years; Understanding the approaches to creating BI projects: uploading, combining data; Knowledge of SQL at a basic level (ability to independently write queries, download and analyze data, provide conclusions); High level of work with MSExcel and Jira Software; Experience working with visualization tools (Looker Data Studio, Power BI); Knowledge of process modeling language notations and data architecture (for example, BPMN, UML); Analytical thinking is the ability to systematize information; Experience with AppSheet will be an advantage; Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
