We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech .

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon. We have a strong analytics team of 20+ employees.

We are looking for: a talented data analyst with a year+ of work experience in the area of ​​analytics, who will full-time improve the experience of users of the platforms together with the product team. You have the opportunity to work with various data sources, offer the best solutions for business needs, ensuring high quality work and the comfort of colleagues.

What challenges await you in the role of Data Analyst:

— Regular conducting of AB tests;
— Conducting in-depth research on the behavior of platform users;
—Evaluation of service performance and search for growth points;
—Direct impact on user experience and operation of the entire area;
— Construction of reporting, metrics and their implementation in business processes;
—Building pipelines on Dataform and working with large volumes of data.

What is important for us:

— Confident knowledge of SQL;
- Knowledge of Tableau;
— Ability to conduct AB tests from hypothesis generation to closure;
—Be able to conduct research with cohort-calendar relationships;
— Analytical thinking and a desire for non-standard solutions;
— Neatness, attention to details, tolerance for daily tasks;
- Ability to work in a team.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charitable initiative "SKELAR Foundation" - an internal project from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
