• Product management
  We launch and implement products from scratch in the shortest possible time .

Required skills:

• 1.5+ years of experience in the role of Data Analyst in a product company;
• Expertise in marketing, product and billing analytics, including understanding of key metrics;
• Analytical thinking, the ability to find regularities in the investigated data arrays, as well as the reasons for deviations in indicators that describe business processes. The ability to focus on the main causes of deviations and briefly formulate a conclusion;
• Ability to work with a large amount of data;
• High level of mastery of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Excel (pivotal tables, connecting data from other sources);
• Basic understanding of git;
• Web analytics, experience with Google Analytics;
• Experience with BI tools.

Will be a plus:

• Confident command of Python/R analytical packages;
• Experience with subscription business models;
• Experience with cloud computing services (eg GBQ).

Main tasks:

• Providing analytical support for making strategic and tactical decisions by the company, taking into account the results of data analysis and forecasting;
• BI development (creating automated reporting in Tableau, developing automatic data processing pipelines, working with data engineers to design the DWH scheme and ETL processes);
• Collection, processing and preparation of data for analysis, ensuring their integrity and reliability, including setting up the automation of these processes;
• Data analysis to identify the reasons for the deviation of business metrics, as well as to optimize activities, in-depth studies of trends in key metrics;
• Evaluation of the results of experiments (A/B tests) + additional studies of insights;
• Optimization of billing logics: AR, analysis of reasons for rejecting transactions;
• Marketing analysis: trend analysis of key metrics, ROI, LTV.
