Data analyst in SI Group, LLC

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to work with IT financial products to help us develop our analytics platform, improve decision-making processes and create quality business analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and interpretation of data from operational systems and data warehouse (DWH);
• Development and support of dashboards and reports in Power BI for management and financial analytics;
• Optimization of ETL processes together with engineers data;
• Preparation of analytical conclusions and recommendations for product, financial and risk teams;
• Participation in the construction and development of the corporate data warehouse.

Requirements:

• Experience of working as a data analyst from 2 years, preferably in the financial sector (MFIs, banks, fintech);
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and principles of relational databases;
• Experience of working with DWH (Data Warehouse) - understanding of architecture, data models (star/snowflake);
• Confident skills of working with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization);
• Skills formulate business tasks and translate them into analytical models;
• Skills in preparing presentations and communicating results to a non-technical audience.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse and Python for data analysis;
• Knowledge of the basics of financial analysis and reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, portfolio metrics);
• Experience in building KPI dashboards for management.
