We invite you to the team DataAnalyst (Operations Research)

In connection with the active development and implementation of data-driven approaches, we are looking for an Analyst to join our team of datawith a focus on mathematical modeling. You will help the Company make more effective decisions based on analytics and solve complex business problems in the language of mathematics.

Required knowledge, skills:

• Education: Higher (applied mathematics, system analysis, statistics, IT or economic cybernetics).
• Experience: From 3 years in a similar position (experience in agriculture or logistics would be an advantage).
• Operations Research: Hands-on experience with linear and integer programming (LP/MIP), network planning, and mass service theory.
• Statistics: Knowledge and experience using mathematical statistics (hypothesis testing, distributions, A/B tests).
• Tech Stack:
  • Python: Confident knowledge of Pandas/NumPy, experience with solvers (PuLP, Google OR-Tools, SciPy or similar)
  • SQL: Writing complex queries for data selection and processing
  • BI: Experience with Power BI (or similar).
• Business thinking: Ability to formalize business problems in the form of mathematical models and constraints.
• English: Pre-Intermediate and above

 Functional responsibilities:

• Development of optimization models: Creation of algorithms for efficient allocation of resources and planning of operational processes (search for optimal solutions under conditions of constraints).
• Advanced Analytics: Search for dependencies in data, multivariate analysis and verification of statistical hypotheses.
• Implementation of solutions: Cooperation with business customers and the BI team to transform models into actionable tools and reporting.
• Development of expertise: Methodological support of business functions and mentoring and development of the culture of working with data in the Company.
