CashBee is looking for a Data Analyst

We are a performance marketing agency with a focus on iGaming and Tier-1 markets. At the heart of our work is data and traffic that deliver real results and scale products. We are currently expanding the team and are looking for a Data Analyst who will help us build quality analytics, systematically compile metrics and strengthen decision-making with data

What we expect from you:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst;

• Experience in digital marketing, affiliate or iGaming is a big plus;

• Understanding performance metrics: CPA, CTR, ROI, ROMI, FTD, LTV - desirable;

• Experience working with heterogeneous data from many systems;

• A confident level of Looker Studio, Tableau, Metabase (minimum 2 of 3);

• Proficiency in SQL (select/join/group by/CTE/aggregations);

• High level of Google Sheets / Excel;

• Understanding the logic of building ETL processes (it is not necessary to build them independently);

• Experience in creating data models and unifying metrics;

• Skills in working with API will be an advantage;

• Structural, attentive to details, analytical mindset;

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate with different teams.

Your tasks:

• Data collection from tracking systems, CRM, advertising cabinets, internal databases;

• Unification of data and formation of a single structure of metrics;

• Building a central data layer / data model agencies;

• Creation of dashboards in Looker Studio / Tableau / Metabase;

• Summary reports by agency: ROI, CPA, FTD, RevShare, channel efficiency;

• Analytics and support of management, media buyers, finance department;

• Quality control, validity and completeness data;

• Data for financial models, Cash Flow, income/expense dashboards;

• Integration of advertising metrics with financial;

• Creation of automated pipelines and minimization of manual work;

• Optimization of existing processes, dashboards and reporting logic.
