We are looking for a Data analyst (Strong Middle or Senior) who knows how to turn data into valuable business decisions and is ready to work with several products in a single ecosystem that affects thousands of users, and will have a real impact on the development of the company.

Main tasks: collection, analysis and visualization of data, support of product teams high-quality analytics and participation in the development of the event system.

To achieve results, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics (web, product, BI);
• Confident command of GA4, GTM, Power BI, analytical dashboards;
• Experience with event analytics (event-based), knowledge of tracking best practices;
• Skills work with large amounts of data and several products at the same time;
• Practical command of SQL;
• High level of independence, proactivity, hypothesis-making and testing skills;
• Ability to convey complex information in simple language (for non-data teams).
• Teamwork, analytical and critical thinking, adaptability, creativity.

Will an advantage:

• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools;
• Participation in the launch of a tracking system "from scratch" or its reorganization;
• Knowledge of the principles of A/B testing and statistical data processing;
• Experience in product companies or analytical departments.

Tasks that will be work:

• Collection, processing and analysis of data from GA4, GTM, internal systems, product and marketing events;
• Working with several products simultaneously in a single analytical framework;
• Building deep reporting and dashboards in Power BI for product and business teams;
• Forming conclusions and recommendations based on analytics;
• Participating in creating/optimizing the event tracking system;
• Initiating own research, finding growth points and identifying bottlenecks;
• Supporting product and marketing teams in making data-based decisions.
