We are a network of trichology clinics located in Ukraine and Poland. The network is growing rapidly.

Our goal is to create a culture of a professional approach to hair treatment, a culture of proper care. We work with the idea of ​​exceeding the expectations of patients from treatment in the clinics of our network.

Due to the redistribution of functions and an increase in the number of employees, we are looking for a data analyst.

Main tasks:

• Tracking key indicators in real time (sales, costs, profit, efficiency) - RNP, boards; 
• Audit of hypotheses and assessment of their impact on key indicators;
• Control of the correctness of data in CRM and reporting tables;
• Analysis of the performance of doctors (by KPI, turnover, conversion);
• Analysis of the effectiveness of promotions and special offers;
• Analysis of data to improve the efficiency of business processes;
• Preparation of other analytical reports on request;

What we expect from candidates:

• High-level analytical skills;
• Owning of modern tools for analysis and visualization of information, Power Bi is a must.
• Experience of working in CRM systems;
• Experience of working with BP modeling tools (Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.);
• Experience in applying statistical methods to identify correlations and cause-and-effect relationships between advertising campaigns and sales (regression analysis, time series analysis);
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data processing);
• Possessing BAS will be an advantage;
• proactivity, the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.

Terms of cooperation:

• full loading Mon-Fri, flexible schedule;
• format: on line/ off line/ hybrid; (if an office, then Kyiv or Odesa)
