Data analyst in Ajax Systems

Data Analystat Ajax is responsible for summarizing reporting and analytical data from all information systems, supports data users by preparing and providing analytical conclusions based on data collected in IT systems. Participates in the optimization of the database structure and takes measures to improve IT systems, provides the necessary data from them for the preparation of analysis.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Mandatory experience with SQL, Power BI (DAX, M, desktop/web), Excel
• Preferred (or your growth points): Databricks, BigQuery, Python, R, Git
• English language level Intermediate
• Will be a plus: JIRA + Confluence (or similar), Draw.io, Google Sheets

Task:

• Analysis of raw data from ERP and primary data collection systems. Identifying relationships, structure and dependencies.
• Designing data showcases and developing analytical reports in Power BI.
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation throughout the reporting development cycle. (Not for the sake of bureaucracy, but according to the principle of minimum sufficiency.)
• Working in a team (Data Engineer, BI-Lead) during the development of reporting to ensure efficient storage and access to data for reporting by related departments.
• Communication with internal customers. Decomposing stakeholder requirements into a task for a Data Engineer to develop analytical reports that meet business needs and help make data-driven solution.
• Collaboration with ERP system analysts to form a comprehensive understanding of data architecture and their relationships.
• Proactive participation in establishing processes related to data collection, processing and visualization, as well as interaction with teams of analysts and BI developers of related departments (Manufacturing/Marketing).
