Data analyst

We are looking for Data analystst for our Kyiv office.

Job duties:

1. Perform daily data analysis tasks including creating daily, weekly, monthly reports and dashboards
2. Conduct in-depth user analysis, including behavioral analysis, device usage analysis, channel analysis and psychological analysis
3. Develop user segmentation research, build user path analysis and conversion funnel analysis models
4. Participate in the research of business department requirements, translating business problems into data analysis projects
5. Develop and implement data mining models, including building, maintaining, deploying, and evaluating
6. Respond to and execute ad hoc requests for thematic analysis, providing data support for decision making
7. Check and evaluate relevant data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance
8. Deep understanding of user needs through data analysis, providing information to improve products and services
Requirements for candidates

Professional knowledge:

1. Technical skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, ability to handle complex queries and handle large datasets  
- Skills in using Python or R for data analysis and modeling  
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.   
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.

2. Analytical skills:
   - Strong foundation in statistics, familiar with various methods of statistical analysis   
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, ability to build and optimize predictive models  
 - Strong data analysis skills, able to extract valuable information from complex data

Key skills:

1. Business Knowledge:  
- Have experience in wireless/backbone/datacom engineering/maintenance in mobile communications.   
- Have basic knowledge in the field of communication or be familiar with the specifics of implementing data analysis projects. 
  - Knowledge of network protocols, data transmission, network security and professional knowledge related to network security;   
- Knowledge of the signaling process of wireless and basic network services and dealing with customer complaints.   
- Have basic knowledge of CS or PS services and signaling flows. Good command of end-to-end service processing flows. Perfectly master architecturewired communication networks.  
- Experience in communications or data analysis and be familiar with databases. Algorithms and principles of intelligent data analysis, as well as data analysis using SPSS/R/SAS
- Familiarity with concepts and methods of user behavior analysis, consumer value analysis, etc.

2. Personal qualities:
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly explain complex analysis results to non-technical personnel
  - Strong curiosity and ability to learn, ability to quickly adapt to new business requirements  
 - Excellent time management skills, ability to balance multiple projects and tasks 
 - Good teamwork spirit, ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Work Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably with experience in the telecommunications industry

- Have basic knowledge of the communications industry or be familiar with the delivery characteristicstics of data analysis projects. 

  - Familiar with network protocols, data communication, network security related professional knowledge;   

- Familiar with the wireless and core network service signaling process and customer complaint handling.   

- Have a basic command of CS or PS services and signaling flows. Have a good command of end-to-end service processing flows. Have a proficient command of wireless communication network architecture.  

- Have  work experience in the communications or data analysis industry and be familiar with databases. Data mining algorithms and principles, and data analysis using SPSS/R/SAS   

- Familiar with concepts and methods of user behavior analysis, customer value analysis, etc.
