Position:  Data Analyst (Remote, Full-Time)

About the Role:

As a Data Analyst at Informed Decisions, you will:

- Analyze candidates' and employees' data to create insightful dashboards, presentations, and reports for our clients.

- Visualize data in compelling and easy-to-understand ways.

- Work with large volumes of language data using Python, NLP, and prompt engineering.

- Write code for data analysis, statistics, machine learning, visualization, automation, and API integration.

- Build and analyze data features for our Interview Intelligence Platform.

Requirements :

Must-Haves:

- High fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) as all work is conducted in English.

- Availability to work two evenings per week to collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Canada.

-  At least one year of full-time experience (outside of academia) in :

  - Data analysis and visualization.

  - Dashboard building with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI software.

  - Python, with extensive knowledge of data manipulation and visualization libraries.

  - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and functions).

  - Developing automations (email automations, report generation, workflows, and pipelines).

  - API and integration development.

Nice-to-Have:

- Native English speaker.

- Experience with databases, dynamic data sources, and data engineering (outside of academia).

- Additional knowledge in machine learning and NLP libraries.

- Experience in HR data analysis.

- Background work in a tech company or a large corporation.
