Essential Responsibilities:

• Analysis and interpretation of HR data in order to optimize processes.
• Creation and maintenance of interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Working with databases data using SQL to obtain the necessary information.
• Preparation of analytical reports and presentations for management.
• Identification of trends and patterns in data to support HR strategy.

Critical Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with Power BI: creating reports and dashboards.
• High level of SQL proficiency: writing complex queries, working with large volumes of data.
• Experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset, attention to details, ability to solve complex problems.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with HR metrics and indicators.
• Understanding of basic HR processes.
