We are currently looking for Data Analyst to our portfolio company TENTENS .

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always race far beyond the horizon. We have a powerful analytics team of 20+ employees.

We are looking for: a talented data analyst with a year+ experience in the analytics area, who will be full-time improve the user experience of the platforms together with the product team. You have the opportunity to work with various data sources, offer the best solutions for business needs, ensuring high quality of work and the comfort of colleagues.

What challenges await you as a Data Analyst:

— Conducting AB tests regularly;
— Conducting in-depth research on the behavior of platform users;
— Assessing the effectiveness of services and finding growth points;
— Direct impact on the user experience and the work of the entire area;
br/>— Construction of reporting, metrics and their implementation in business processes;
— Construction of pipelines on Dataform and work with a large volume of data.

What is important to us:

— Probablyno knowledge of SQL;
— Knowledge of Tableau;
— Ability to conduct AB tests from hypothesis generation to closure;
— Ability to conduct research with cohort-calendar relationships;
— Analytical thinking and a desire for non-standard solutions;
— Accuracy, attention to details, tolerance for routine tasks;
— Ability to work in a team.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the charity initiative "SKELAR Foundation" - an internal project from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
