Data Analyst in SplendidScore Ukraine

Our client is a large international pharmaceutical company, a leader in the market of prescription drugs.

Now the company is looking for a new specialist in its Ukrainian team for the position of Data Analyst.

Main duties links:

• Development, coordination and implementation of activities to evaluate and increase the sales efficiency of the organization . 
• Participation in setting goals and developing a KPI system to improve sales team productivity and accelerate revenue growth. 
• Segmentation and targeting, distribution of sales team resources (planning of F2F meetings and coverage/frequency of visits and other digital communications).
• Development of an effective sales process and visiting activity of the team, improvement of sales support tools to maximize the effectiveness of the field service.
• Market analysis and assessment, conducting competitive analysis.< /li>
• Monitoring, analysis and preparation of information on the state of sales
• Optimization of the use of existing data sources, search and assessment of relevance new data sources to close business needs.
• Participation in the development of motivation and incentive systems for the sales team based on defined KPIs.
• Administration and coordination of work in CRM.

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical, economic, marketing).
• 3+ years of work experience in positions with similar tasks.
• Project management experience.
• English – Intermediate+
• Excellent analytical skills, mathematical mindset to provide commercially oriented recommendations.
• High level of communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to logically and convincingly express your opinion.
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerQuery, Power BI and all office applications Microsoft is required, CRM SalesForce/Veeva, SQL is preferred.
