Data analyst in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

The Fixed Line Sales Department is looking for a Sales Channel Operational Support Specialist to ensure the required level of service quality and satisfaction for mass market fixed line customers through information and analytical support of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Development of procedures and documents for partners;
• Conduct an audit of information systems that support the business direction. Engage in the preparation of reports;
• Check the compliance of information system data;
• Prepare a proposal to improve the level of service quality;
• Monitor compliance by employees with current procedures and instructions;

• Conducting a quality audit of services installation and service restoration for fixed line subscribers;
• Participation in project activities for the development and implementation of information systems;
• Solving operational problems regarding certification , monitoring and evaluating the results of partner sellers.

Requirements:

• Higher education ( economic, technical);
• Excellent skills in working with large amounts of information, analytical abilities;
• Experienced user of the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word;
• SQL administration at the level of an advanced user;
• English will be a plus.
