We are looking for a Data Analyst for the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. If you share our values and have a desire to make the process of providing the military more efficient, fair and accountable, this job is for you!
Government rear operator (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, clothing, fuel -lubricants and medical property for the needs of the military.
We are convinced that supplying the army should be not only an interesting market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.
Main duties in the position:
- Conducting research and adhocs.
- Automating the analytical process and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Monitoring key metrics
- Providing analytical support to the team.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Ability to structure information.
Technical knowledge and software:
- Experience with SQL 1 + year.
- Extensive experience with MS Excel (3+ years).
- Experience with BI tools, Python and procurement will be a plus.
- Proactive civic position.
- Zero tolerance for corruption.
- Openness to new knowledge, new experience.
- Full time.
- Office in the city center.
