Data Analyst in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international IT companies according to the rules of the world of venture investments. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for one of the SKELAR portfolio companies. Over the past year, the team of this startup has successfully confirmed the viability of the business — they found unit-economy, hit the spot payback and are actively scaled to the size of a large business. Each new employee can lead his own direction in the future, it all depends only on you and your ambitions. In the role of Data analyst, you will be expected to:— Conduct in-depth research on user behavior in the product;— Direct impact on product strategies and business operations;— Direct impact on user experience;— Building reporting, metrics and implementing them into business processes;— If necessary, together with the product team, improve the analytics structure, optimize data recording and use. What is important to us:— SQL;— Experience with data visualization services ( Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or others);— 1+ year of experience in a similar Data/Product Analyst position;— Ability to structure and visualize information;— High level of motivation and desire to develop.— Level of English: from Upper Intermediate ( B2);— Nice-to-have: Python (pandas, numpy);— Nice-to-have: Experience working with product or marketing metrics.
