Data Analysis Practice Lead remotely Mission of the role: Viseven is looking for an experienced specialist for the role of Data Analysis Practice Lead. In this position, you will determine metrics for tracking the team's performance, optimizing request execution time, and optimizing data management processes. You will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and developing a collaborative team environment. Your role involves applying flexible methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects and prioritizing requests for efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities: To develop a comprehensive strategy and a data roadmap for the development of a data analytical service as a corporate asset with the aim of increasing profits and optimizing costs. To lead the development and implementation of policy recommendations regarding the management of their data. Act as a consultant in communication with clients, participate in pre-sale processes, providing professional support and providing high-quality services in the field of data analysis. Cooperate with external and internal customers (omnichannel, marketing, finance, etc.) to understand needs, define approaches for processing and managing data, improve services. Strategic planning of resources (internal/outsourced), their selection and engagement to meet business needs. Standardize methods, tools, processes and practices of data management to improve efficiency and reuse in projects. Support the development of the team of data analysts, mentor and provide training opportunities. Motivate the team to engage in additional work, research their opportunities and strive for innovations in data management and analysis. Provide training and sharing of experience in the team to improve cooperation and skill development. Gradually expand services to provide more complex solutions using Data Science and Machine Learning (personalization, recommendations, etc.). Skill Experience: 5+ years of experience in the field of data analysis services, including design, development and implementation of projects. Commercial experience in the positions, impact on the technological development of the data analytic function/services in the company, successful launch of data processing products and project management, ranging from minor updates to strategic changes. Knowledge of best practices and data management industry standards, deep understanding of the data lifecycle. Experience working with large volumes of data, Big Data platforms and tools. Achieving success in developing small teams in functional areas of the company or services. A goal-oriented leader with experience in building highly effective teams. Motivated and results-oriented, skilled in planning and team organization. Excellent communication skills, command of the English language equal to upper-intermediate. Experience with the main cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure). Experience in pharmaceutical/ FMCG industry (will be an advantage). English — Upper-Intermediate class. Will be an advantage: Understanding of Omnichannel strategies and approaches, for collaboration and the ability to provide more comprehensive solutions. Campaign managementby Adobe/SFMC. Work with external media data and operations. Google Analytics (GA) data. Experience working with innovative technologies and capabilities, including IOT, Data Science, AI (data models and related services). Customer Data Platform (CDP). What do we offer?
