Data Analysis Practice Lead in Viseven Group

Role mission:

Viseven is looking for an experienced specialist for the role of Data Analysis Practice Lead.

In this position you you will define metrics to track team performance, optimize query execution times, and optimize data management processes. You will contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and developing a collaborative team environment. Your role involves applying agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects and prioritizing requests for efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive strategy and data roadmap for the development of data analytics service as a corporate asset with the goal of profit growth and cost optimization.
• Lead the development and implementation of data management and governance policies and recommendations.
• Act as a consultant in communication with clients, participate in pre-sale processes, providing professional support and ensuring high-quality services in the field of data analysis.
• Cooperate with external and internal clients (omnichannel, marketing, finance etc.) to understand needs, determine approaches for processing and managing data, improve services.
• Strategically plan resources (internal / outsourced), their selection and engagement to meet business needs.
• Standardize data management methods, tools, processes and practices to improve efficiency and reuse across projects.
• Support data analyst team development, mentor and provide learning opportunities.
• Motivate team to full engaging in work, exploring their opportunities and striving for innovation in data management and analysis.
• Provide training and sharing of experiences within the team to increase cooperation and skill development.
• Gradually expand services in the provision more complex solutions using Data Science and Machine Learning (personalization, recommendations, etc.).

Experience for skills:

• 5 + years of work experience in the field of data analysis services, which includes design, development and implementation of projects.
• Commercial experience in leading positions, influence on the technological development of the analytical function/services in the company, successful launch of data processing products and project management ranging from minor updates to strategic changes.
• Knowledge of data management best practices and industry standards, with a deep understanding of the data lifecycle.
• Experience with large volumes of data, Big Data platforms and tools.
• Achieving success in developing small teams in functional areas of the company or services.
• A goal-oriented leader with experience in building highly effective teams.
• li>Motivated and results-oriented, with planning and team-organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, upper-intermediate and above English language skills.
• Experience with major cloudservices (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical / FMCG industry (will be an advantage).
• English language - Upper-Intermediate and above.
