Data administrator in ERP in Vyriy

We are looking forData administrator in ERP, who will be responsible for the correctness, structure and relevance of directory data in the ERP system.

Requirements:

• Experience in maintaining and updating ERP directories, in particular, the catalog of goods and products
• Understanding the principles of classification, hierarchy and data attributes
• Skills for working with large data arrays (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Knowledge of the rules for unifying names, codes and units of measurement
• Basic understanding of procurement, production, warehouse and sales processes

Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance of nomenclature and counterparties in ERP
• Maintenance of uniform standards of names and directory structure
• Updating the catalog of goods, materials and finished products
• Data quality control, prevention of duplication and errors
• Interaction with production, procurement, finance and IT teams
