Requirements:

• higher education
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• understanding of work principles DB
• knowledge of SQL
• understanding of logging and tracing systems - Elasticsearch (Kibana)
< li style="font-weight: 400">understanding of the principles of work of the PC (Processing Center)
• knowledge of the general logic of the work of acquiring solutions
• experience working with users, understanding the principles of ServiceDesk service
• experience working in trade or Internet acquiring units, in banks or fintech companies will a plus.

Main tasks:

• processing requests (Service Desk\Mail)
• search for solutions to technical problems\tasks< /li>
• consultation on product functionality
• registration of acquiring terminals\merchants
• acquiring product technical support
• interaction with related departments within the framework of project implementation.
