Requirements:
- higher education
- 2 years of work experience in a similar position
- understanding of database principles
- knowledge of SQL
- understanding of logging and tracing systems - Elasticsearch (Kibana)
- understanding of the principles of operation of the PC (Processing Center)
- knowledge of the general logic of the operation of acquiring solutions
- experience of working with users, understanding of the principles of ServiceDesk service
- li>work experience in trade or internet acquiring departments, in banks or fintech companies will be a plus.
Main tasks:
- processing requests (Service Desk\Mail)
- finding solutions to technical problems\tasks
- consulting on product functionality
- registration of acquiring terminals\merchants
- technical support of acquiring products
- interaction with related departments within the framework of project implementation.
