Data Accounting Specialist (Compensation and Benefits) in Metinvest

We are looking for a specialist in data accounting (compensation and benefits) for the company of the Group—Metinvest Business Service. What you need to do: enter the time sheet, register absences according to the documents provided; calculate wages for the company's employees , registration of administrative documents for additional payments, allowances, etc.; to perform payroll calculations in the Oracl/Business Personnel/1C cloud system (preferred); to perform duties in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine. Our expectations: the availability of a full higher education in the specialties of "Personnel Management", "Management" or "Economics"; preferably experience in the organization and payroll; knowledge of labor legislation; experience in Oracl/SAP/Business personnel/IT enterprise programs (preferred); confident user of MS Office.
