CyberSecurity Pre-sales Engineer in NETWAVE

The technological component, which includes engineers (Pre-Sale Engineers, Implementation Engineers and Technical Support Engineers) is an important and main driving force of the team. It is in the middle of the Technological Function that architectural solutions for our Customers are created, and subsequently implemented and supported. New services are born here, our own solutions are "polished" and brought to the form of a finished product, and their provision and support is ensured at the Clients.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced and motivated CyberSecurity Pre-Sales Engineer who has practical experience in the field of cyber security and understands the principles of designing, implementing and operating information security solutions. This role involves active participation in pre-sales activities, consulting with customers and preparing technical solutions according to their needs.

Main functional responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Participation in all stages of the sales life cycle by the Technology function;
• Analysis of customer needs, assessment of business requirements and development of appropriate architectural solutions;
• Preparation and conduct of presentations, product demonstrations and pilot projects;
• Selection of technologies and solutions, assessment of their effectiveness and integration into the client's infrastructure;
• Development of technical documentation, including specifications, technical proposals and list of works;
• Interaction with vendors, participation in certification programs and support of the company's technological expertise;
• Participation in testing, PoC (Proof of Concept) and implementation projects, as needed;
• Advising clients on the implementation and use of cybersecurity solutions;
• Participation in marketing activities with side of the Technological function.

Що ми очікуємо:

• Досвід роботи у сфері кібербезпеки від 3 років;
• Знання та практичний досвід роботи з рішеннями з вищенаведених напрямків (припустимо знання лише частини відносно технологій/систем/продуктів);
• Розуміння принципів побудови архітектури безпеки корпоративних мереж та хмарних середовищ;
• Базові навички виявлення та аналізу кіберзагроз, володіння підходами до реагування на інциденти;
• Досвід роботи у передпродажній діяльності, створення технічних пропозицій та проведення презентацій;
• Вміння працювати з технічними командами клієнтів, пояснювати складні технічні рішення простою мовою;
• Англійська мова на рівні Intermediate (B1) і вище.

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи з вендорами (Cisco, Palo Alto, Trend Micro, CyberArk, Forcepoint, LogRhythm, AlgoSec);
• Наявність персональних сертифікацій вендорів;
• Досвід проведення Penetration Testing, Red/Blue Teaming або роботи в SOC;
• Досвід реалізації комплексних проєктів з інформаційної безпеки.
