The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

We are currently looking for a cyber security analyst (Security Analyst) who will be responsible for analyzing security events, detecting and investigating incidents, monitoring the security status of systems, and interacting with the team to respond to threats in a timely manner and ensure the reliability and security of digital products for the military.

Job duties:

1. Monitoring of security alerts and process improvement: Analysis of security alerts, system logs to identify potential threats and anomalies; improving existing processes to increase the effectiveness of detecting and responding to cyber threats; development of recommendations for improving monitoring.
2. Vulnerability management: Detection, analysis and assessment of vulnerabilities in network infrastructure, applications and systems; improvement of existing vulnerability management processes for timely detection and elimination of potential threats.
3. Proactive threat hunting: Active search and identification of potential cyber threats in the infrastructure and their elimination.
4. Administration of security applications: SIEM, EDR, antivirus, vulnerability scanner (Web application, Network, SAST, DAST), DLP, PAM, etc.
5. Interaction with the IT department, providers of cloud solutions and service providers in the field of information protection.
6. Participation in? incident response group.
7. Participation in? training of employees.

Requirements for candidates:

1. Higher technical education.
2. Work experience in a similar position for at least one year.
3. Understanding the cyber incident response process.
4. Understanding the security principles of cloud platforms.
5. Knowledge of types of malicious software, principles of its operation, methods of detection and response; understanding of the main attack vectors and threat propagation scenarios.
6. Experience with SIEM, EDR, DLP, PAM, vulnerability scanners.
7. Understanding the principles of proactive threat hunting.
8. Understanding the vulnerability management process.
9. Zero tolerance for corruption.

Will be an advantage:

1. Knowledge in the domain of application security, experience in building SSDLC.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft products.
3. Experience in operation and configuration of NGAV, WAF.
