156 OMBr is looking for a responsible officer capable of organizing reliable protection of information resources and technologies of the battalion. Your role will be key in ensuring cyber security and compliance with the regime of access to information in the automated systems of the unit.

Main duties:

• Organization of information protection: implementation of organizational and technical measures to protect information in the automated systems of the battalion.
• Control and inspection: carrying out checks of the state of information security, control over personnel activities in compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
• Working with software and equipment: administration of anti-virus tools, updating databases in closed networks.
• Documentation: preparation of reports and acts on the state of information protection.
• Response to incidents: participation in countering cyber threats, elimination of consequences cyber incidents and taking measures to prevent them.
• Staff training: conducting briefings for battalion staff on cyber hygiene and information protection rules.

Candidate requirements:

• Education: higher education (specialized in IT, information protection or cyber security advantage).
• Military rank: officer.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework: understanding of the requirements of the law and orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the protection of information and state secrets.
• Technical skills: confident command of a PC, understanding of the principles of operation of networks, antivirus protection and electronic document management systems.
• Personal qualities: high responsibility, attention to detail, the ability to act clearly in critical situations.
