Ensuring a75-80% ETtiming overlap ismandatoryResponsibilities:Coordinate the project management activities, resources, budget control, equipment, and information.Develop and maintain project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports.Maintain project plans, including schedule and project timeline, team plans, etc.Meet target criteria within the project.Identify and manage risks toensure delivery isontime.Lead and motivate project team, coordinating the project team tokeep them ontrack and keeping the project onbudget.Project cost management.Develop and maintain strong business relationships.Act asthe point ofcontact and communicate project status toall participants, plan meetings, minutes keeping.Cooperate and coordinate with other departments, and third-party subcontractors, satisfy the needs ofdifferent stakeholders over the project lifecycle.QualificationsExperience inproject management.Experience inmanaging projects with vendors.Hands-on withCX domain projects.In-depth experience with identifying and understanding the user and business needs.Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, Excel (pivots tables, data analysis, etc.), PowerPoint, and Visio.Strong business analytics skillsExcellent self-management, planning, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.Attention todetail.Experience with Customer Experience software (experience with any CXPlatforms such asContact Center solutions, for example— Genesys Cloud, TalkDesk, Five9, Nice, Avaya, etc.).Master’s orbachelor’s degree, preferably inTechnical and/or Economics SciencePerfect communication and interpersonal skills.Upper-intermediate orhigher English.Ability towork inamulticultural team.Have tooverlap withET timing atleast 75-80%.WeofferCulture ofRelentless Performance: join anunstoppable technology development team with a99% project success rate and more than30% year-over-year revenue growth.
