PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As part of the "Save the Children's Ukraine" response, the person who holds this position, will be responsible for the implementation of the FSL and Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) components implemented outside the Southern Regional Office. FSL & MPCA programs are implemented directly or indirectly through partners. Within both programs, the Program Manager is responsible for ensuring effective implementation and management of the overall grant, paying particular attention to compliance with contractual terms, reporting to donors and providing support to field teams. Key Responsibilities: With the support of technical advisors, ensure the development of interventions with FSL and CVA in accordance with SOPs, humanitarian standards, internal and donor requirements for both direct and indirect implementation through partners. Preparation and support of CVA/FSL Southern Regional Office work plans that support project implementation on time and within budget. Direct and monitor execution of work plans, ensuring that programming is carried out at the highest level of quality. Ensure the development and application of common standards, tools and practices for program planning, implementation, monitoring, training and reporting. contextual changes in order to facilitate the development of sound interventions with CVA/FSL. Provide complete and timely information for project development, including participation in project workshops, thematic evaluations. Bear responsibility of the budget manager for the identified projects. Work closely with colleagues at all levels of SC Ukraine to ensure accurate and timely budget analysis, detailed forecasting and financial performance. Resolve overspend/underspend issues and provide recommendations on how to manage them. Lead communications with donors. Facilitate and support productive learning activities across grant components. Maintain regular communications with participants to update progress, financial performance, early detection of any issues and notification of any support required. Represent SCI at relevant coordination meetings and working groups. Ensure preparation of consolidated, scientifically based and high quality technical/descriptive and financial reports. Ensure compliance with all Save the Children and donor reporting requirements. emergencies or development programs per nationnational/regional level, leading teams implementing CVA livelihoods, FSL, finance, banking, supply, business development or community development projects. Significant experience in food security and livelihoods programmes, cash programmes, including including in communities displaced by conflict or natural disasters. Good knowledge of project cycle management. Experience in training and capacity building of staff. Ability and willingness to be extremely flexible and adaptable to difficult and sometimes dangerous working and living conditions. projects.
