We invite you to join our team Customs Specialist in the Logistics (Supply Chain Management).

Main tasks:

• Help in import planning according to the volume of goods arrival and the capabilities of the distribution warehouse / distribution center
• Ensure smooth delivery of goods to the distribution center warehouse
• Coordinate the work of carriers and customs brokers
• Prepare a package of documents for customs clearance
• Organize documents in the system for receiving goods at the distribution warehouse
• Ensure timely removal of goods from the port
• Organize and control the data exchange process with logistics providers and customs brokers
• Form and analyze reports and data analysis at the request of the business
• Creation and updating of logistics reporting;
• Formulate logistics department contracts
• Coordinate and manage requests from/for factories in the company's internal systems

Requirements for candidates:

• Complete higher education (Foreign Economic Activities, Logistics and Customs will be an advantage)
• Level of English: from Upper-Intermediate - is mandatory (communication with global colleagues is expected)
• Experience in a similar positionfrom 2 years< /b> in international companies
• High level of computer literacy (deep knowledge of the MS Office package)
• Knowledge of the Customs Code of Ukraine
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba programs will be advantage
