Customs clearance specialist in lifecell

We are looking for a Customs Clearance Specialistto join to our team lifecell - a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, providing real freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell group of companies - an international provider of converged telecommunications and technology services, whose head office is located in Istanbul, Turkey.

To Fromtheir responsibilities will include management of the customs clearance process of goods and organization of transportation

Functional responsibilities:

3. Organization, compilation and preparation of accompanying documents for foreign economic activity for verification and clarification.

4. Organization of the customs clearance process.

5. Organization and initiation of customs payments (VAT, duty, etc.)

6. Monitoring of cargo delivery from the moment of shipment to the company's central warehouse.

7. Formation of an archive of documents on deliveries, control over their receipt and further transfer to the relevant divisions of the company.

8. Preparation and provision of reports on customs clearance processes.

9. Verification and analysis of documents and information required for customs purposes.

10. Clarification of the requirements of the customs legislation of Ukraine.

11. Calculation and control over accrual of due amounts of customs payments, control over accrual balances after completion of customs formalities.

12. Attendance at physical and/or customs inspections, taking samples and/or samples of goods, familiarization with the results of the conducted research (expertise).

13. Taking part in the appeal of the decisionactions or inaction of the customs authorities of Ukraine and their officials.

14. Planning of monthly customs payments and annual budget of customs payments.

15. Acceptance of participation in the preparation of the technical task for conducting a tender for the selection of a contractor for customs brokerage services.

16. Coordination and operational control of the activities of the customs brokerage contractor.

17. Optimization of customs brokerage processes in the company.

18. Temporary replacement (20-25% employment) of the regional coordinator (reception, posting of goods (NGSM direction), shipment, inventory, etc. in ERP SAP).

Requirements:

2. 3+ years of experience. Experience in relevant field and/or industry is an advantage.

3. English language - spoken and written above average

4. Driver's license - category B

5. Knowledge of foreign economic activity

6. Knowledge of the Customs Code of Ukraine
