Our client is a distributor and manufacturer of office supplies of well-known, global brands. The company is active throughout Europe. The company's headquarters and central warehouse are located in Silesia. Due to the development, we are looking for another person to work at the company's headquarters in Katowice, for the position of: DS SPECIALIST. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS - English (m/f)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The person employed in this position will be responsible for carrying out activities supporting import and export as well as customer service in the field of customs and international logistics throughout Europe (export) and Asia (import). The specialist contacts Customs Agencies, Manufacturers and Customers/Distributors in Polish, English and partially Russian (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).

WE WILL EMPLOY A PERSON WITH:

• Minimum secondary education, preferably higher education in economics or commerce;
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in working in a sales, export, import, sales support department in an international trading or manufacturing company;
• Knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2 enabling free verbal and written communication;
• Knowledge of Russian is welcome
• Experience in the area of ​​import, export, logistics or purchasing administration
• Advanced competences in the use of MS Office programs, including a very high level good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to establish and maintain contacts with customers, suppliers and contractors
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Negotiation skills, creativity and initiative in action
